Water Bills are due on the 17th of each month by the end of our business day at 4:30p.
If the 17th falls on a weekend or holiday it is due by the next business day by 4:30 pm.
If payment is not received in the office or online by 4:30p on the date due it is considered late and a 10% late fee is added.
In the event that your water is disconnected any past due amount owed and a reconnect fee of $150.00 and a new deposit of $150.00 if no deposit on file will be required before service is restored.
The city of Barling cut off day policy:
The last day to make payment arrangements is by 4:30 pm the day before water is to be shut off.
Disconnects will begin at 10:00 am on the disconnect day. No payment arrangements will be made
on the disconnect day. The payment must be in full.
