City of Barling Park Pavilion Reservation Rules
To ensure the park remains safe and enjoyable for everyone, the following rules apply to all pavilion reservations:
- Reservations are limited to a maximum of four (4) hours per group. This includes setup and teardown time.
- Pavilions may only be reserved for private gatherings, such as birthday parties, family events, or company picnics.
- Public events are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to:
craft fairs, festivals, car shows, or other large-scale organized gatherings. - Inflatables and bounce houses are not permitted.
- Animal attractions are prohibited, including but not limited to pony rides, petting zoos, or similar activities.
- Food trucks are not permitted.
- Vendors are not permitted.
- No alcohol is allowed in the park.
- No sales or admission fees may be charged for any activity held.
- Parking on grass is prohibited. All vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.
- Reservation holders are responsible for cleaning the area and disposing of trash in designated containers.
- All park rules and city ordinances must be followed.
The City of Barling reserves the right to cancel or end a reservation if these rules are not followed.
