Barling District Court

The Barling District Court maintains all Court records for Barling, excluding City of Fort Smith, City of Greenwood, and Central City.  This Court is a limited jurisdiction court which processes criminal. Services provided include:  filing of various documents (case filings, tickets, motions, etc.), assisting the public with information pertaining to warrants, drivers license issues and various court orders.

Criminal, Traffic,  and other Municipal Court functions are provided by the Sebastian County District Court – Barling Division.  Located in the Barling City Hall, the Court also performs various State legislative duties and maintains Court records pursuant to Arkansas law.

The Presiding Judge is Michael Wagoner

Court Schedule

Arraignments Friday at 9:00 AM
Trials Friday at 1:00 PM

1st and 3rd Fridays except on holidays. Will follow the Friday after.

Paying Tickets & Time Payments

Traffic Tickets and Time Payments may be made at the Barling City office at 304 Church St. Barling, AR 72923 or sent by mail to Barling District Court PO Box 23039 Barling, AR 72923.
